Smoker For Rent Started from a love of Texas Smoked BBQ. Having family and corporate events in and around the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and around the State of Texas, Ervin & wife Gail wanted to take that great taste with them on the road. Putting the smoker on a trailer was the next logical step. Then when friends and family started to request the smoker for their events, Smoker For Rent was born.
